Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide VICIdial installations, support, customizations, and related web/automation services. Specific scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed per order or statement of work.

2. Accounts & Communications

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We may communicate with you by email, WhatsApp, or other channels regarding quotes, work progress, and support.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments may be made via third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Wise) or USDT (TRC20). We do not store card information.
• Unless otherwise stated, service bookings are non-refundable once work has started. If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will work with you on a fair remedy or partial refund.
• You are responsible for any bank, wallet, or network fees and for entering correct payment details.

4. Affiliate Links

Our site may include affiliate links to hosting, VoIP, or other products. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party products or terms.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use our services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes, including spam or fraud.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems.
• You are responsible for securing your own servers, credentials, and configurations unless we explicitly manage them.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain rights to our own templates, tools, and know-how. Upon full payment, you receive the rights necessary to use delivered work for your business, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., carriers, hosting providers, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Complex systems (telephony, networking, hosting) can have variables outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBTutorial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services that have no fixed term by notice. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
